Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right is provided under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@rewiab.se within 14 days of receipt.
2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging.
4. Send the package to the address we provide in our reply email.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refund

We will refund the full amount (including standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sealed food items opened after delivery (for health or hygiene reasons)
• Perishable goods or items with a short expiration date
• Goods made to your specifications

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item, contact us at info@rewiab.se within 3 days of receipt with photos documenting the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
